Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, expired, or incorrectly delivered. Items must be unopened and in original condition.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order ID and issue details. Once verified, we’ll schedule a pickup or guide you to the nearest return point.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund within 5–7 working days via your original payment method or issue store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened bottles, used products, or items without valid proof of purchase are not eligible for return. Please review our terms before initiating a return.
